Terms of Service/Use

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. All donations made to TRRP are voluntary contributions to support the development and maintenance of the Twin Rivers RP server. Once a donation has been made, it cannot be refunded. Please ensure that you have read and understood the donation amounts and options before making a donation.
• Monthly Subscriptions: If you choose to donate on a monthly basis, you agree to be charged the donation amount each month until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your subscription will be valid until the end of the current billing cycle.
• One-time Payments: If you choose to make a one-time donation, you will be charged the full donation amount at the time of donation.
• TRRP reserves the right to change the donation amounts and options at any time without prior notice.
• Donations made to TRRP do not entitle donors to any ownership, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights related to the Twin Rivers RP server or its content.
• TRRP is not responsible for any problems or issues that may arise as a result of donating to TRRP. TRRP will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of donating to TRRP.
• TRRP reserves the right to refuse or cancel a donation at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• TRRP reserves the right to update these terms of service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms of service.
• Donating to TRRP does not grant immunity to any server rules, policies or punishments. Any violation of the server rules and policies will result in appropriate action, regardless of whether or not the player has made a donation.
• The Terms of Service for TRRP may change at any time for any reason.

By donating to TRRP, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms of service, and agree to be bound by them.
